The Alpine Cowboys make the most of 3 hits in 4-2 victory over the Bisbee Blue


Both the Alpine Cowboys (42-18) and the Bisbee Blue (30-26) put runners aboard on Saturday, but it was the Alpine Cowboys that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 4-2 win at Warren.

Casanova Donaldson got on base two times in the game for the Alpine Cowboys. He singled in the third inning.

Brandon Cooksey racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Bisbee Blue. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Pat Lemmo improved to 6-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Alpine Cowboys. He allowed two runs over six innings. Lemmo struck out two, walked three and gave up six hits.

Jose Diaz (0-1) was the games losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked five, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
